With the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in full swing, The Ones to Know is spotlighting some of our favorite content creators in the athletic space. Whether they’re behind the camera or in front of it, these five influencers use their channels to fuel their passion for sports.

Often capturing beautiful landscapes through cinematic videos, Brooklyn is no stranger to rocky and snowy terrains. Originating from the Pacific Northwest and spending much time outdoors surrounded by nature’s many different textures and colors, Brooklyn illustrates beautiful scenery to share with her followers. She uses her channels to share her passion for mountain biking and skiing, while encouraging her audience to participate in locally hosted events for women and queer people alike.

Sports Commentator

Jeremy lives and breathes basketball. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, this NBA superfan interviews icons like Kevin Durant, updates his followers on the latest Nike drops and promotes his basketball apparel brand Never Fold. He has grown quickly over recent years to amass nearly 500K+ followers across all of his social channels.

Giselle Diaz

Athlete, Creator & Actor

Giselle is a former three-sport collegiate athlete turned creator and actor who spends her days spreading kindness and motivation. More recently, Gigi has been working on rehabilitating her knee after two ACL surgeries. Within her daily life content, she takes her audience along for the highs and lows of staying strong through her recovery.

Golfer, Storyteller & Founder of HIPE Media

After a company golf outing, Roger realized the sport was his true calling. Then in 2020, after Roger posted a viral video explaining how to get into golf, he saw social media as a way to bring the sport to new audiences. Since then, Roger has become a content creator, telling stories about his experiences on the range, interviewing some of the biggest names in golf and advocating for fair access to the game for all.

Skater & Digital Creator

Liv is a bass-player, and the co-founder and instructor of the Brooklyn-based organization Sk8babes, which promotes inclusivity and diversity in the male-dominated skating space. The group hosts lessons for women, BIPOC and LGBTQQIP2SA+ skaters to build community and bring the sport to new generations.
