Ellis is the founder of The Creative Collective which creates a safe space for Black and Brown creatives to find community, resources and skills to succeed in a competitive market.

Founder & Creative Director of Future of Creatives and Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion Communications at TikTok
In her role at TikTok, Charles continually pushes for Black and underrepresented creators' voices to be heard. She is also the author of "Black Internet Effect," was featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, and is the founder of Future of Creatives.
