Day One Agency— AdAge's Social Media/Influencer Agency of the Year—is hiring! We’re looking for a VP/SVP of Operations to lead our Operations team. Our team is rapidly growing, so you should be comfortable (and flourish) in a deeply dynamic environment. The Operations lead serves a vital role at Day One and is the glue that connects the dots across the people, places, and things of the agency to ensure consistent and frictionless day-to-day operations. This position reports to the President and CEO.
Our company culture is at the core of everything we do. It defines our vibe. It’s what makes every day, Day one. We offer a highly collaborative environment (even as we work from a distance in this new remote world) where smart and hyper-passionate people come together to solve creative communications challenges. It’s no secret; we work hard, but only on the things we love. From the day this agency was created, we vowed to only work on projects that fire us up and that’s still true. It’s how we make projects like Chipotle’s multi-award-winning Freeting campaign come to life.
This position is full-time onsite and only available in New York City.

ways to run the business and anticipate agency needs. This candidate should be entrepreneurial minded, detail oriented, and efficiency centric. This candidate should also have a strong work ethic, with

Finally, they will also live and breathe (and pass on) Day One’s approach to work– fresh thinking, new energy, every day.
