The TikTok Video Creator will help create dynamic social-first and platform-right content for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. You will work with others to ideate platform specific ideas and then help bring them to life. This role will report into the Creative Director of Video, with oversight from the Group Creative Director.

  • Ideate and oversee social video content from concept through to final delivery
  • Write, direct, edit and perform in social-first videos for brands
  • Combine brands’ communication priorities with social media trends in entertaining ways
  • Utilize editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut) to edit videos
  • Develop concepts designed to connect with culture, with a focus on earning it
  • Create, share and champion big ideas
  • Shape and develop cohesive narratives, maximizing quality of output


  • 0-7 years of experience
  • Fluency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and internet content & trends
  • Strong comedic instincts and ability to perform on-camera
  • Experience managing multiple creative projects at once
  • Comfortable working cross-discipline
  • Experience in, or willingness to learn, editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut)
  • Comfortable with complex assignments and working with a diverse team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a style that inspires
  • Agile, passionate and dedicated to the work
  • Prior experience creating social video content for brands is a plus

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $50,000-$75,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
