Day One Agency— AdAge's Social Media/Influencer Agency of the Year—is hiring! We’re looking for a Sr. Digital Strategist, Influencer to join our rising team. The right candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated to telling stories that stop people in their scroll. You’ll take pride in your work, show initiative, and go the extra mile to ensure that our clients are serviced in the best way possible. We’re looking for self-starters with creative agency experience who are willing to work collaboratively and quickly with our squad. Excellent organizational skills are imperative. This position is full time and is only available in New York City.


  • Assist in building impactful, scroll-stopping influencer strategies
  • Lead and organize day-to-day execution and project management of select influencer programs
  • Research, identify, and vet potential talent partners for influencer programs across a variety of social platforms, both paid and unpaid
  • Leverage agency’s 3rd party platforms for talent vetting, program recaps, analytics, etc.
  • Negotiate and contract influencer partners
  • Create briefing materials for influencer program
  • Route and track program materials and content through appropriate approval channels
  • Conduct audits and distill insights to inform strategic approach
  • Present program updates during weekly client meetings
  • Create program recap reports that deliver analysis, insights and learnings
  • Work cross-functionally with agency’s Digital, Communications, and Creative teams
  • Build and establish external relationships with clients, partners, vendors, merchants, etc.
  • Stay on top of social platform utility updates, trends and social selling capabilities
  • Support and mentor the growth of junior team members and apprentices


  • 3-4 years of experience
  • Passion for the influencer space and social platforms
  • Be a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive, can do attitude
  • Strong communicator and comfortable interfacing with clients, partners and teams
  • Proficient writer with the ability to synthesize complex messaging
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage up to team leads
  • Energetic and collaborative with a great work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload with quick turnaround
