We’re looking for self-starters with full-cycle recruitment experience who are willing to work collaboratively and quickly with our squad and external partners. This position is full time and is available in LA, CHI or NYC.

Responsibilities

Reporting into our Recruiting Director, this role will support our talent recruitment strategy across all of our D1A offices. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, a go-getter and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage the day-to-day full-time hiring process across all disciplines within D1A including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer acceptance

  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with hiring managers and agency leaders by helping to implement innovative recruiting strategies, and providing guidance and expertise toward achieving their hiring goals

  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates working with key stakeholders to determine future talent needs

  • Work with our Recruiting Coordinator to ensure a seamless interview experience for all candidates

  • Partner with Recruiting Director to build effective candidate assessments and uplevel hiring manager interview skills

  • Represent Day One Agency at career fairs, networking and campus recruitment events

  • Lead our partnership with universities and organizations to host recruitment events such as Day One-01s, Resume Building Workshops, Panel Discussions, etc. to funnel talent

  • Partner with Recruiting Coordinator to maintain requisitions within LinkedIn, our D1A Career site and Applicant Tracking System

  • Identify industry trends/competitors to continuously improve D1A’s employment branding techniques including working with our internal creative/production teams on utilizing social channels for successful recruitment

  • Mentor and provide guidance to fellow Recruiting team peers to continuously develop our team

  • Periodically lead or participate in any other ad-hoc special projects related to talent acquisition, HR, or DE&I

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience (creative/PR focus a plus)

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal

  • Up to date on recruitment strategies, trends and tactics

  • Exceptional closing techniques

  • Able to negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups

  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Must be able to quickly gain employee trust and maintain an extraordinarily high level of confidentiality

  • MUST work well under pressure and be able to multitask

  • Ability to speak comfortably with employees and candidates of all levels

  • Uses logic to solve difficult problems

  • G Suite experience is a plus

  • A true passion for bringing great talent into Day One
