The Post Producer will lead the process in managing stories and asset creative for our Fuel & Studio teams as we continue to grow as an agency and develop more story-first content for our clients. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in leading the charge for how we’ll execute all of our video content, still photography, and more. You’ll be part of a team of producers, designers, photographers, creators, and other mixed-background creatives, pushing the work as we build the agency for the next ten years.
This role requires an understanding of production and technical specs, social & digital platforms, management of freelancers, and most importantly an ability to get projects on track, on budget and at the highest level of creative excellence.
This role can be based in either New York or Los Angeles, but will require managing the production and creative process of projects being led out of both coasts.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day delivery priorities
Oversee all asset management and storage for content in a variety of formats (stills, video, etc.)
Develop process for asset management and file sharing with clients and internally
Resource editors, animators, colorists, or any freelancers you need against the projects you lead in collaboration with our creative team
Managing relationships and partners across our in-house team and roster of freelancers
Managing projects, timelines, budgets and workflows with in-house and outside production partners
Regularly connecting with department heads to map out upcoming content and production needs
Collaborate with D1A team on establishing process and format for all asset labeling, cataloging, sharing, and storage
Solving on-the fly production challenges and troubleshooting technical issues
Being on on-set as needed to support photo & video production
Facilitate post production execution on fast paced timelines with high volume of complex deliverables
Traffic media management and transfer between internal D1A teams to clients and third party companies.
Requirements:
3-5 years experience within a content/video post-production background
Expertise in content production process, operations and team management
Experience collaborating through the creative process, providing education on limitation and problem solving the nuances where needed
Familiarity with localization including various assets such as subtitles, captions, dub credits and how they all work together to create a user experience.
Highly organized and systematic when it comes to project management
Good presentation skills

Multi-task and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds
Excellent problem solving skills, able to comfortably contributing to creative and ideas
Ability to create budgets & timelines
An understanding of color grading, color spaces, aspect ratios and/or theatrical digital cinema mastering, as well as deliverables and assets needed for social
Comfortable in Adobe creative suite
