This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
As the Creative Strategist, Story, you are passionate about storytelling. You connect with audiences across multiple mediums, from TikTok to Tweets (or X posts) and everything in between. You have a way with words, regardless of the medium. You’re flexible, used to wearing many hats, juggling several projects and balancing multiple metaphors. You work fast and are a master of collaboration. In this role you will:
Help ideate and develop everything from big ideas that will drive earned media to reactive social content. And make it feel simple through slides.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop campaigns that are both engaging and aligned with client goals.
Develop content ideas, from social posts to larger campaign concepts, and present them to internal teams and clients.
Assist in building creative decks that simplify big ideas into compelling visuals and storytelling for earned media campaigns.
Conduct research on consumer insights, trends, and cultural moments to inform strategy and creative output.
Contribute to the development of brand strategy, identifying the key stories and messaging that will resonate with target audiences.
Work across a range of formats, including copywriting for posts, taglines, and integrated campaigns, bringing a fresh and creative perspective to every project.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds, ensuring deadlines are met.
Receive and incorporate feedback to improve creative concepts while keeping the overall strategy in mind.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working in a creative, content, or strategy role within an agency setting.
Proven experience creating and executing social media campaigns, with a focus on emerging platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging content across multiple platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Gen Z culture, trends, and social media behavior.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both internal teams and clients.
A proactive mindset, capable of multitasking and managing a variety of projects with short deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with consumer brands or in a creative agency.
Interest or experience in sports marketing or partnerships is a plus.
Knowledge of digital tools for content creation and strategy (e.g., Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar tools).

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $60,000-$70,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
