Day One is looking for a Creative Producer to lead the process in developing stories and asset creative alongside our Fuel & Studio teams as we continue to grow as an agency and develop more story-first content for our clients. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in leading the charge for how we’ll execute and produce these stories. You’ll be part of a team of writers, strategists, and other mixed background creatives, pushing the work as we build the agency for the next ten years.
You will lead tactical executions that bring the final creative to life, reporting into our Senior Director, Development & Production and the Managing Director. This role requires a strong mix of creative thinking, social & digital understanding, client relations, team management, and most importantly an ability to get projects on track, on budget and at the highest level of creative excellence.

This role can be based in either New York or Los Angeles, but will require managing the production and creative process of projects being led out of both coasts.

Organizing and growing of our storytelling creative resources and team
Resource designers & creatives against the projects you lead in collaboration with our Creative Director
Develop process for asset management and file sharing with clients
Managing relationships and partners across our in-house team and roster of freelancers
Understanding modern forms of storytelling and constantly bring new thinking to the table
Managing projects, timelines, budgets and workflows with in-house and outside production partners
Regularly connecting with department heads to map out upcoming content and production needs
Solving on-the fly production challenges
Being on on-set as needed to drive photo & video production
4-7 years experience within a content production & storytelling background
Expertise in content production process, operations and team management
Experience in client management, team management/mentorship
Experience leading relationships with client and collaborating through the creative process, providing education on limitation and nuances where needed
Highly organized and systematic when it comes to project management
Good presentation skills
Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day One
Multi-task and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds
Excellent problem solving skills, able to comfortably contributing to creative and ideas
Understanding of deliverables and assets needed for Social (both Paid and Owned)
Ability to create budgets & timelines
