Communications Coordinator

We’re looking to add to our quickly-growing team with a self-motivated Coordinator who will be instrumental in supporting our Communications team through day-to-day account assignments on our marquee global accounts.

This position is hybrid and available in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- General account support, research & brainstorming
- Media list building and outreach
- Monitoring and analyzing coverage reports
- Support the teams’ influencer/social media efforts
- Trend spotting across platforms
- Packaging success and helping support the overall agency infrastructure, co-founders, new business efforts and administrative needs of the company
Required Skills/Background:
- 1 year experience in public relations or similar field
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong and proven writing and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of the public relations and communications industry
- Relevant project and/or internship experience
- Detail oriented
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with Cision, MuckRack as well as Microsoft Office suite, Google Documents and Keynote a plus

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $50,000-$60,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law.
